Who we are

Conoship International is a Dutch ship design and engineering company at the forefront of innovation and technology in the maritime industry. Since 1952, over 2,000 ships have been built according to the company’s designs.

Conoship provides solutions for the shipping industry, from feasibility studies, consultancy services, design, and basic engineering, to workshop drawings, to project development, with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability. The company has an international and diverse team located in Groningen, Rotterdam and Gdansk.

We are specialized in defining the crucial design requirements and finding the most optimal compromise between conflicting requirements. We can mould ideas into a design that actually can be built, is profitable, safe and meets all regulations.

Return to the North

Our vision for the future is to build complete ships again together in the northern region and to make shipbuilding from Harlingen to Emden of major importance again. That means working together, being prepared to jointly produce central factory and robotized sub-construtions for all the individual yards.

With hundreds of years of experience, knowledge and skills and all transitions in shipbuilding, it is time for the next phase. Return to the North. We are ready for it. The invitation to participate is on the table.
