Design Philosophy
The project included replacing the existing midship section with new sections, renewing cables, fitting new ventilation shafts, and maintaining the vessel below the waterline. This comprehensive refit ensured the vessel’s stability and functionality were significantly enhanced.
The project was completed without any accidents or incidents, highlighting the meticulous planning and execution involved. The ‘Arctic Sunrise’ was redelivered to Greenpeace in July 2017, fully equipped and ready for its continued mission. This successful refit project underscores the ability to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions for specialized maritime needs.
