Introducing the CIP 9000
We are proud to officially announce the newest addition to our CIP series. A new future-fuel-ready standard design, designed for short sea green shipping, flexibility and efficiency. The newest addition to our series, the CIP 9000, will be the largest vessel to pioneer tomorrow’s waters. With a length of 125 meters, the 9000t vessel will be 25 per cent longer and carry nearly 50 per cent more deadweight than the CIP 6300.
At Conoship we are proud to mark another milestone in our series of future-proof and environmentally friendly general cargo vessels. We continue to build on the recent successes of our other CIP vessels and look forward to many more to come.

The power of standardized design
After the early successes of the CIP 3600 and the CIP 3800 we managed to secure an order for eight new CIP 6300 vessels shortly after being released. The first vessels in the series have already been launched and are bringing in excellent results, giving us motivation and a promising perspective for the first launches of the larger vessels in our CIP series. We recently tested the CIP 6300 in the model basin in Vienna, where all the tests were passed with flying colors. We are looking forward to our CIP 9000 to meet these high standards and will make sure to keep you up to date about its progress.
A highly optimized construction process allows for a reduced delivery time and flexible customization options allow for our client to realize their maritime vision. Conoship will facilitate a seamless collaboration between our customer and a shipyard of their choice, now also for our new CIP 9000. We ensure that all models in our series provide the same customization options to tailor to our clients’ specific wishes.
Available options & integrations
More cargo with the same efficiency
The cargo hold of the CIP 9000 is a significant increase on the smaller vessels in the series, making this vessel particularly suitable for busy short-sea routes. In addition to the increased cargo hold, the new vessel is designed for a slightly higher service speed, if required. Naturally, the overall length and breadth will be greater, but the impressive low fuel consumption remains. We are excited and are looking forward to sharing more insights and succes stories in the near future!
