Introducing the CIP4400: The Next Evolution of the CIP-Series

CIP4400 Rendering

The CIP standard designs have become a bankable and accessible solution that leads us into a greener future. Building on our experience designing the successful CIP3600, CIP3800, CIP6300, and CIP9000, we developed a new design, extending the value of the series.

The CIP4400 is our latest standardized design and the successor to the CIP3800. With an extended midship section, the vessel increases its deadweight by 15%, creating additional shipping opportunities and enabling operations in new trade routes.

The vessel’s main particulars are as follows:

  • Length overall: 99.93m
  • Length between perpendiculars: 94.52m
  • Breath moulded: 13.20m
  • Depth moulded to maindeck: 7.20m
  • Summer draught: 5.25m
  • Gross tonnage: +- 3220
  • DWT: 4396 ton

Further strengthening the modular and flexible philosophy behind the CIP series, the CIP4400 design is ready to be altered to include cranes. This optional modification provides opportunities for loading and unloading where quaysides lack the proper equipment.

Supporting a Greener Fleet

The CIP series is built on a future proof platform. This platform allows for easy alterations to future fuels and regulatory changes due to an electric propulsion system where the energy creation can easily be swapped from diesel to other energy sources, such as Hydrogen fuel cells, methanol engines or batteries.

We are proud to introduce the CIP4400 as the newest addition to our CIP series, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering efficient, sustainable, and future-ready vessel solutions. Would you like to learn more about the CIP series? Check out our standardised designs page.
