CIP9000 General Cargo Vessel

Design Philosophy

After the early succes of the CIP3600, the CIP3800, and the CIP6300 we released the CIP9000 late 2024. The largest vessel in our series (for now) is also equipped with an diesel-electric motor which ranks among the most efficient and sustainable in its class. The cargo hold of the CIP9000 is a significant increase compared to the smaller vessels in the series, making it highly suitable for busy short-sea routes. Due to the larger size, the vessel has a slightly higher service speed and can accommodate more personnel.

The power of standardized design shines with an optimized construction process with reduced delivery time and the possibility for construction at a shipyard of choice. The same customization options apply, making the vessel available with: wind assisted propulsion, battery assistance, carbon capture, hydrogen fueled, and methanol fueled.
