Als systeembeheerder bij Conoship International…
Samen met één andere systeembeheerder speel je een belangrijke rol bij het waarborgen van de goede werking van de IT-systemen en infrastructuur van onze organisatie. Zo verzorg je niet alleen de ontwikkeling van de IT-infrastructuur, maar verzorg je ook de dagelijkse routines en helpdeskvraagstukken.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning en hulp bij het oplossen van problemen bij IT-gerelateerde problemen, waaronder hardware-, software- en netwerkproblemen aan onze interne teams in Groningen, Rotterdam en Gdansk;
- Je installeert, configureert en onderhoudt computersystemen, softwareapplicaties en randapparatuur;
- Je beheert gebruikersaccounts, machtigingen en toegangsrechten in overeenstemming met het bedrijfsbeleid en de beveiligingsnormen;
- Je bewaakt en onderhoudt de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van de IT-systemen, servers en netwerken;
- Je implementeert en handhaaft IT-beleid en procedures om gegevensbeveiliging en systeemintegriteit te garanderen;
- Je werkt samen met interne teams en externe leveranciers om technische problemen op te lossen en systeemupgrades en verbeteringen te implementeren;
- Je documenteert IT-ondersteuningsactiviteiten, resoluties en configuraties om nauwkeurige gegevens bij te houden en het delen van kennis te vergemakkelijken;
- Je helpt bij de planning, implementatie en beheer van IT-projecten en -initiatieven;
- Je geeft training en begeleiding aan eindgebruikers op het gebied van IT-hulpmiddelen, -systemen en -procedures.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt MBO dan wel HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt minimaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Je beschikt over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, met een proactieve benadering bij het identificeren en oplossen van IT-problemen;
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken, taken prioriteren en je tijd effectief bewaken in een dynamische werkomgeving;
- Je bent een teamplayer met een enthousiaste en kwaliteitsgerichte instelling;
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels;
- Je beschikt over een Nederlandse werkvergunning.
Je hebt een basisbegrip van:
- VMWare ESXI
- Windows Active directory
- Linux (RHEL) en de meest gebruikte tools, zoals OpenSSH, Rsync, Samba
- TCP/IP Netwerk- en firewallregels
- OpenVPN access server
- Microsoft365

You improve your understanding of concept design, stability, hydrodynamics, regulations, etc. A great milestone for me at Conoship was developing one of the first Energy Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI) calculations and having the technical files approved by Lloyd’s Register. With the implementation of the EEXI, we can indicate the energy efficiency of a ship compared to a baseline.”
